Thank you for supporting the Missouri Botanical Garden with your license plate renewal. Please complete the form below to make your donation. For a contribution of $35, you will receive an emblem use authorization statement for a one-year license plate and instructions on how to obtain your plate.

To obtain your plate, you must also complete the Missouri Department of Revenue Application for Missouri Personalized and Special License Plates.
