Support the Brookings Interpretive Center

Brookings Nature Sounds areaFor more than 20 years, the Brookings Interpretive Center has provided a family-friendly destination for hands-on discovery and learning about the natural world. More than 120,000 visitors of all ages enjoy its educational games, reading nooks, craft tables, and costume play areas each year.

Beginning in Fall 2015, the 4,300-square-foot center will temporarily close for renovations and expansion. The project is one of the major capital initiatives of the Garden for the World campaign. The renovated space will reopen in Spring 2016 with new exhibit space with seven reimagined zones, an 1,100-square-foot greenhouse-like PlantLab, and a variety of amenities for our visitors.

Please join the project's supporters by making a donation to this year-round space for family engagement and education.

Gifts to support the renovation and expansion of the Brookings Interpretive Center at the Missouri Botanical Garden are fully tax-deductible.
